How can we help?
We are available to InDoc EDGE users every business day from 8 am to 4 pm CET.
The user support portal is intended for customers who are already using InDoc EDGE in a production environment. They can decide whether to grant access to all their employees or only to select few who will coordinate support on behalf of the entire organization. Users who are in a trial period of using InDoc EDGE can always request assistance and support via email indocedge@mikrocop.com.
The user manual is available in InDoc EDGE by clicking on the icon with your initials in the top right corner. Select "About" from the menu and you will find the link to the user manual right there.
You can log in to InDoc EDGE using digital certificates from various issuers. By default, you can choose from certificates issued by SIGEN-CA, Pošta®CA (does not issue new certificates), Halcom CA, and AC NLB (does not issue new certificates). Alternatively, you can also obtain a certificate from us. Please note that the certificate issued by Mikrocop is solely intended for logging in to InDoc EDGE and is not listed on the EU Trusted List (EUTL).
If you are logging in with a username and password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You can also reset your password if you are logging in with a digital certificate and password. In this case, you will see the link after selecting your digital certificate.
However, please note that you can only reset the password yourself if you have added a mobile number to your user profile in InDoc EDGE, as two-factor authentication is required. If you do not have a mobile number in your profile, your administrator can initiate the password reset for you.
We suggest that you check with your colleague whether you were granted or had potentially revoked your access rights. If you have the necessary permission but still cannot see the document, we recommend verifying the level of confidentiality assigned to the document by your coworker as it is possible that you do not have permission to view content with a higher classification level. Alternatively, the document may be marked as containing personal data. In such case, you will be able to view the document once you provide a reason for accessing personal data (if required by your organization).
